The universal Flanged Adptors are designed for pipelines
As a wide tolerance system it will fit most standard pipe materials and thereford dramatically reduces the number of dedicated flanged adaptors which need to be stocked for maintenance purposes.
It is suitable for steel, GRP, PVC, PE, Ductile Iro, Cast Iron and asbestors Cement. When connection PE Pipes, It is important that pipe inserts are fitted to the PE Pipes.

1. All the Flanged adaptors are assembled by “T” bolts. 2″, 2 1/2″, 3″, 4″, 5″, 6″, 7″ & 8″ have 4 bolt holes. 10″& 12″ have 6 bolt, holes, 14″ & 16″ have 8 bolt holes, 18″, 20″ & 24″ are with 10 bolt holes.
2. Bolts, Nuts and Washers are in carbon steel Grade 4.8 with zinc plated, dacromet or according to customer’s request.
3. Body material is High quality ductile iron GGG450-10, GGG500-7
4. CHINAMFG bonded epoxy powder coating in bule, black or red or according to customer’s request.
5. Gaskets material: E. P. D. M, NBR or SBR.
6. Accommodate BS. DIN, ANSI flange drillings.
